How does Blue Oak process online donations?
We use PayPal to process our online donations. PayPal is a secure and trusted payment gateway that uses data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to donate?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to donate. PayPal will process payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, and EnRoute.

How can I cancel my recurring donation?
Click on the button below and fill out the online form to request a recurring payment cancellation and please allow 2-3 business days to process the cancellation. If you have any questions, please call Maggie at 530-879-7483 ext. 2050.

Can I have multiple recurring donations?
Yes!
For example, you want to set up a $20/month payment towards the Materials Donation and $10/month towards a classroom field-trip.  You will just set them up one at a time.
1)through the “Materials Donation” page and 2) through the “Field-trip Contributions” page

What does the charge look like on my monthly bank statement?
Donation payments will read “BLUEOAKCHAR” on your bank statements.
